Our team works directly with customers to build relationships, promote wireless services, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs. We're looking for an outgoing and motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, enrollment, and wireless services while working alongside experienced team members and management.

Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Help craft and execute all customer service and sales strategies for our telecommunication and assist customers it events Manage all consumer engagement using excellent relationship-building skills, consultative techniques, active-listening skills, and establishing trust Proactively monitor and identify potential product and service complaints, take note of consumer requests, and provide feedback to the client for improvement Work with customers directly to assist in their enrollment process by noting their confidential information, activating their account and processing their sales order Communicate and engage directly with customers to drive brand awareness, create new sales opportunities, and increase market share for our clients

Retail Sales Representative Qualifications:

Experience working in a customer service or sales position Excellent written and verbal communication skills High energy, self-motivated, driven, and dynamic personality Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team player Proven track record of establishing long-lasting, positive relationships whether working with customers or in a team setting with fellow employees
