Full Job Description Job Description:

Harbor Building Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a sales professional to create new janitorial service prospects for our outside sales team. We are looking for someone who has experience cold calling and can consistently make 100 calls a day. We need someone who can use the internet and the software we provide. This will help you get creative with prospecting and finding new opportunities with businesses who are ready to make a change with their janitorial service.

Responsibilities:

You will be dialing in our office Monday thru Friday, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM You will be making 100 calls per day, utilizing your business-to-business cold calling skills We will provide various software, tools and lists to help facilitate your efforts; you will need to use the internet and additional resources provided to find new prospects and create new opportunities You will develop and nuture relationships with prospects through professional communication and listening skills

Compensation:

$45,000 yearly salary paid twice a month Commissions and bonuses with an additional potential of over $2,000/month Medical insurance with a portion paid by us 401K with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 4% of income
