This role is ideal for a results-driven outbound sales professional who enjoys making calls, re-engaging customers, building relationships, overcoming objections, and closing deals. The Sales Specialist will sell boat rental vouchers, membership plans, seasonal packages, and promotional offers directly to consumers through outbound calls and consistent follow-up with warm leads, past customers, inactive customers, and missed booking opportunities. This is a performance-focused position with a strong base salary, uncapped commission potential, and the opportunity to directly impact revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective, previous, inactive, and warm customer leads. Sell boat rental voucher packages, membership plans, seasonal promotions, and related consumer offerings. Re-engage customers who requested quotes, abandoned reservations, missed bookings, or did not complete a purchase. Build rapport, uncover customer needs, recommend appropriate packages, and create urgency to close sales. Maintain accurate customer records, lead notes, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline activity in the CRM. Partner with management on sales campaigns, promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives while meeting established quotas.
Compensation and Benefits Base salary:
$75,000 per year. 5% commission on boat rental vouchers, membership plans, and package sales. 5% commission on the company's year-over-year monthly sales increase. Uncapped commission earning potential. Performance-based earning potential tied directly to sales results. Specific commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
