Paez Packaging, a label manufacturer located in Riverside, is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and comfortable working directly with customers. Prior label, printing, packaging, or sign industry experience is strongly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers and answer incoming calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Manage customer orders from initial inquiry through production. Recommend appropriate label materials, products, and solutions based on customer needs. Prepare quotes, enter orders, and follow up with customers. Follow up on quotes and leads to convert opportunities into sales. Generate new business through daily outbound cold calling and prospecting. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Gather artwork, specifications, quantities, materials, and other information required for label production. Revise, edit, and proofread customer information and artwork as needed. Prepare job files and assist with pre-press and production setup. Work within tight deadlines and respond to customer requests promptly. Use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be comfortable making daily outbound cold calls and actively prospecting for new business. Strong sales and customer-service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong grammar and attention to detail. Organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple jobs simultaneously. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Team-oriented and dependable. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. 3+ years of sign, label, packaging, or printing industry experience preferred. Authorized to work in the United States.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to work on-site in an office/production environment. This position is ideal for someone with printing-industry customer service experience who also enjoys sales, following up with customers, and developing new business.
