Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base and support existing clients. This role focuses on B2B sales within the plastics and industrial materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities and generate leads Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients Understand customer needs and recommend suitable material solutions Coordinate with technical teams to provide product support Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales Track sales activities and meet monthly targets

Qualifications:

5+ years of sales experience (industrial, plastics, or manufacturing preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Ability to understand technical products Bilingual (English/Chinese or Spanish) is a plus

Pay:

Base salary $85,000 + commission 90days probation
