This role involves engaging with potential clients, promoting our construction services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have prior training in sales and a strong interest in the home construction sector. This position offers commission-based pay, rewarding your efforts directly with your success. Duties Actively reach out to prospective clients to promote our home construction services. Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions. Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to foster repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market presence. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings. Attend training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements Prior training or experience in sales, preferably within the home construction industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during in-home visits and follow-ups. Knowledge of home construction processes is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Must have reliable transportation for in-home visits and client meetings.
