NO AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE?

That's okay. We will consider candidates with the right attitude and work ethic. Experience in retail, hospitality, cell phone sales, furniture sales, real estate, insurance, customer service, or other commission-based sales can translate very well into automotive sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers with selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles Respond promptly to showroom, phone and internet customers Follow up with prospective customers by phone, text and email Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives Build relationships and develop repeat and referral business Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM Follow the dealership's sales and follow-up processes Maintain knowledge of current inventory, products and incentives Meet individual and dealership sales objectives Provide a professional customer experience from initial contact through delivery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Motivated and competitive attitude Strong communication and people skills Willingness to make calls, send texts and consistently follow up with customers Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license Dependable and coachable Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
