Outbound Sales Representative Location:

Ontario, CA 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday -

Friday Pay Rate:

$20/Hr. to $25/Hr. (DOE)

Responsibilities:

Contact established customers according to a coordinated call schedule to place and confirm orders Process customer orders accurately using internal order?entry systems Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and overseas clients Answer questions regarding product availability, pricing, promotions, and delivery timelines Communicate effectively with internal departments including warehouse, logistics, and accounting Other duties may be assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish & English (Oral & Written) High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Minimum six months telesales/outbound calling experience Excellent customer relations skills Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral.
