This role is focused on building relationships with real estate agents and brokerages. You will be out in the field visiting offices, attending open houses, and creating long-term partnerships that generate consistent business. We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, and driven to grow business through strong relationships. Duties Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and office managers. Visit real estate offices, brokerages, and open houses to introduce our services. Present our home inspection services in a professional and engaging way. Generate new referral partnerships and business opportunities. Follow up consistently with agents to stay top-of-mind. Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and reliability. Track outreach and maintain a pipeline of contacts and referrals. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Relationship-building and networking ability Comfortable with in-person outreach and conversations Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Organized and able to manage follow-ups Goal-oriented with a desire to grow business Professional and positive attitude Basic knowledge of real estate industry is a plus Sales experience preferred
