- inquiring about new opportunities at existing locations, new branch locations, new units in fleet, etc. Process client info updates in ACT/TMW/FV/Sales Database/billing team. (New info is generated from client visits and from the Service Coordinators) Dealing with Customer Service/billing issues/Client Complaints, etc. Collections / PO Collection Process new client set up
- paperwork, ACT/TMW/FV data entry, fleet list, Fleet Service Plan, etc. Marketing and Promotional
- Website, Blog, social media, Swag, On Hold Script, Video Production, tradeshows, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ability to consistently make multiple cold calls on the phone or in person daily. Ability to articulate and manage multiple assignments. Able to prioritize quickly changing requirements regularly. Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously to ensure all requirements are completed in a timely manner. Ability to present to small or large groups in a confident manner. Ability and willingness to closely follow Managed Mobile's sales process.Requires the following skills:
Excellent communication, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and written means. Experience and aptitude toward exceptional client service Advanced skills with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) Speak, listen, and write in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques. Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow up and execution of required tasks. High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be a high energy individual with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. May be required to operate a company owned vehicle.
