What You'll Do:
Guide discerning clients through the BMW ownership experience — from first impression to final handshake Build long-term client relationships through in-person consultations, marketing, and digital/eCommerce sales Represent one of the world's premier automotive brands, backed by the strength of a national organizationWhat We Offer:

2+ years of experience in luxury, automotive, or a high-end customer-facing sales role strongly preferred College degree, High School Diploma, or GED Valid Driver's License Polished communicator — confident with clients and collaborative with teammates Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn web-based customer management tools Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and select holidaysAbout Hendrick Automotive Group:

The Salesperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.90. The position also pays commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.Job Type:

Consistent Saturday availability is required, as well as every other Sunday. You must have flexibility to stay late on occasion, or work extra hours here and there as necessary, to close deals and deliver to customers.
