Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative Redlands, CA | Full-Time | In-Office Join a Growing Company Serving Pharmacies and Hospitals Nationwide Outdate Rx is a nationwide pharmaceutical reverse distribution company specializing in Reverse Distribution, Pharmacy Support, and Compliance Services . We help pharmacies and hospitals across all 50 states manage expired, damaged, recalled, and overstocked medications while supporting their regulatory and operational needs. Our customers rely on us for services that are not only important to their businesses—they are essential to keeping their pharmacies compliant, organized, and running efficiently. We are growing and looking for motivated Inside Sales / Customer Service Representatives to join our team at our Redlands, CA office. What You'll Do This is a customer-facing, business-to-business inside sales and service role where you'll build relationships with pharmacy professionals, understand their needs, educate them about our services, and help turn opportunities into long-term customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Making outbound calls to prospective and existing pharmacy customers Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Educating customers about Outdate Rx services and how they can benefit their pharmacy Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions Following leads through the complete sales cycle, from initial contact through close Following up consistently with prospects and existing customers Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records Working with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Helping customers understand the value of proper medication returns, compliance, and pharmacy support services Meeting individual and team sales and customer-service goals What We're Looking For Our most successful representatives are organized, confident communicators who genuinely enjoy talking with people. We're looking for someone who: Is comfortable and enthusiastic speaking on the phone Has strong verbal and written communication skills Can build rapport quickly with customers Is organized and able to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups Understands the fundamentals of the sales process Is motivated by achieving goals and closing business Is persistent without being pushy Can learn and confidently explain specialized products and services Takes ownership of their customers and responsibilities Works well independently while contributing to a team Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, or healthcare experience is a plus—but the right attitude, communication skills, and work ethic are just as important.
