In this role, you will be the key driver of our inside sales efforts, engaging with clients in both languages to promote our products and services. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help build strong relationships, generate leads, and close sales within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers and understand their product needs; Introduce products and provide basic product information; Follow up on quotes, orders, payments, delivery/pickup, and customer questions; Build and maintain customer relationships to support repeat business; Help follow up with contractors, builders, designers, dealers, and other wholesale customers; Learn product lines including cabinets, flooring, vanities, sinks, LED mirrors, shower doors, and related bathroom products; Work closely with the warehouse and order team to make sure customer orders are completed correctly; Meet sales and follow-up goals assigned by the company.

Requirements:

Sales, customer service, building materials, home improvement, cabinets, flooring, bathroom products, or furniture experience preferred; Strong communication skills and customer service mindset; Comfortable with hourly pay plus commission structure; Existing contractor, builder, designer, dealer, or remodeling customer connections are a plus; Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; Basic computer skills, including email, Excel, quote sheets, or sales/order systems.
