Outside Sales Representative Confidential Rosemead, CA Job Details Part-time $1,800 - $10,000 a month 8 days ago Qualifications Mandarin Territory sales English Ramps Territory management Account management Full Job Description Outside Sales Representative We are looking for a bilingual English and Chinese Mandarin speaker that is energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand our restaurant customer base and build long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, being out in the field, and helping restaurant owners discover new supply solutions. This role is a lot of rejection, fast conversations, and closing small test orders. What You'll Do Visit restaurants and foodservice businesses in person Introduce company products and services Help customers place their first orders Support customers with mobile app onboarding Build relationships and encourage repeat business Follow up with leads and maintain account activity Log customer interactions and sales activity in our system Expected activity level is approximately 15-25 restaurant visits per field day , depending on territory and route density.

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

Primary field sales days Main customer engagement window: 2:00 PM - 5:00

PM Friday:

Follow-up, planning, reporting, and account management as needed This is a field-oriented role focused on account growth and customer development. Compensation We offer a performance-based compensation structure with strong earning potential.

Compensation Includes:

$1,500/month base draw $300/month vehicle allowance 5% commission on new qualified accounts (first 60 days) Account activation incentives Monthly performance bonuses during ramp-up period Possible Earnings (Dependent on your sales ability): Average performers: $3,500 - $7,000/month High performers: $7,000 - $11,000+ per month What We're Looking For Fluent in Chinese Mandarin Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and organized Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building Sales experience is a plus (foodservice/distribution experience preferred) Ability to work independently and manage a territory What Success Looks Like Successful reps are able to: Build quality restaurant accounts Drive repeat ordering behavior Help customers adopt the ordering platform Maintain strong follow-up and customer service We focus on building long-term, active customer relationships — not just collecting signups.
