Job Summary HiRel Connectors Inc. (HIRELCO) is an industry leader whose expertise is in designing and manufacturing custom and MIL-Spec interconnect products for a variety of industries including Aerospace and Defense. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing multiple client accounts and driving business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Support new opportunities and interact with existing customers, primarily by phone/e-mail, to maintain current business and help develop new customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinating order processing/price quotations and proposals Working with the Outside Sales Representatives to ensure the customer requirements and company's sales goals are met. This candidate must be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced, team environment and have a strong affinity and understanding of the issues our customers' address. Requirements 3-5 years of Sales Experience HS Diploma/GED Required - AA/Bachelor's degree preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn company-specific software. Attention to detail oriented! Dependable, reliable, with strong work ethics
EOE Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
