We carry chosen pieces for real women with full lives and help them actually put outfits together. No overwhelm, no guesswork, just confidence walking out the door. We have two locations in Orange County and a team that genuinely loves what they do. We're looking for one more person to join us at our River Street Marketplace store in San Juan Capistrano in a Sales Lead role.

What she's asking for, what she's pulling off the rack, what she hasn't said yet You work hard and do it happily You bring good energy and raise the people around you You notice what needs to be done and just do it You're available 3-4 days a week, including one weekend day Sales experience is a bonus. What we care about most is that you're warm, dependable, and a great teammate. What you'll be doing: Connecting with customers and helping them find outfits they love Supporting fitting rooms and following through on client needs Helping lead the floor and support the team during your shift Keeping the store looking good and easy to shop Showing up as a steady presence every single shift The details: 18-24 hours per week 3-4 days per week, including one weekend day Year-round position, not seasonal $20/hour + monthly bonus when the store hits its goals Great employee discount What it feels like to work here: Our clients are warm, loyal, and genuinely fun to be around.
