We are one of the top Ford stores on the Central Coast and are looking for great salespeople who are competitive, customer-focused, and motivated to build a successful career in the automotive industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive salesperson who wants to sell vehicles, earn a strong income, and work with an established dealership with a great selection of new and pre-owned inventory. What We're Looking For We are looking for high-performing salespeople who know how to: Build relationships and create customers for life Follow up consistently and professionally Handle internet leads, phone opportunities, and showroom traffic Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish Work independently while being part of a team Maintain a strong sense of urgency and accountability Ask for the sale and close deals Deliver an excellent customer experience Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are also interested in talented sales professionals with a proven track record of success.
