  • Full-time We are hiring a Sales & Customer Solutions Representative to support sales efforts for Spectrum products and services at community events and retail locations throughout the Orange County area.
This is a face-to-face sales position where the Sales & Customer Solutions Representative engages directly with customers to educate them on available services and assist with new account activations. This is an in-person, customer-facing opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and building rapport. The Sales & Customer Solutions Representative works at community events, retail locations, and other approved venues within Orange County. Sales & Customer Solutions Representative•
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and explain Spectrum products and services to prospective customers at community and retail events Initiate conversations with customers to introduce Spectrum services and assess current providers Track daily outreach metrics, completed applications, and follow-ups to support individual and team sales goals Process service enrollments on-site using secure digital systems, ensuring all required documentation and disclosures are completed accurately Represent the Spectrum brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity Maintain consistent communication with leadership regarding event performance, customer feedback, and inventory needs Sales & Customer Solutions Representative•
Qualifications:
1-2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred Comfortable approaching and initiating conversations with people Strong listening skills with the ability to tailor recommendations based on individual customer needs Results-driven with a strong sense of personal accountability and a competitive drive to consistently meet or exceed performance goals Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups efficiently in a fast-paced environment Maintains a professional presence at all times, with a dependable work ethic and the self-motivation to take initiative and stay productive without constant supervision Sales & Customer Solutions Representative•
