This role serves as the main person who drives outbound sales, product education, sales coordination, and the development of strong customer and service technician relationships. The CellarCOOL Sales Representative is responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate cooling solutions, maintaining accurate sales records, and supporting the continued growth of the CellarCOOL brand and service network. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate, Plan, and connect with Clients on outbound-driven calls. Answer inbound phone calls and emails from CellarCOOL customers, distributors, dealers, and sales representatives. Assist customers with BTU load calculations and recommend appropriate cooling systems based on application needs. Explain product features, benefits, warranties, pricing, availability, and technical specifications to customers. Process online orders and assist customers through the sales process from inquiry to order completion. Research, qualify, and follow up on new sales leads and opportunities. Build, establish, and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships. Maintain and update customer contact information and account activity within Salesforce or other CRM systems. Prepare quotes, sales contracts, order forms, warranties, and delivery information. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions between customers, distributors, and internal departments such as Sales, R D, or Technical Support. Facilitate marketing requests and provide customers with promotional materials, product samples, catalogs, and technical documentation. Consult with customers after the sale to resolve concerns, provide product support, and maintain customer satisfaction. Arrange and coordinate delivery, installation, and follow-up support for products and equipment. Identify prospective customers through networking, trade shows, business directories, industry organizations, and referrals. Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, pricing trends, and product innovations. Achieve quarterly sales goals, milestones, and performance expectations. Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate sales records, and complete related administrative tasks. Obtain and verify customer credit information when necessary. Develop and maintain a qualified national network of HVAC technicians to support CellarCOOL and WhisperKOOL customers through AMP. Serve as the primary point of contact for the technician network, ensuring timely communication, support, and resource distribution. Assist in developing service support tools such as installation checklists, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and parts references. Provide feedback regarding field performance, customer concerns, recurring service issues, and opportunities for product or process improvements. Train customers and end users on the operation and maintenance of cooling systems and related equipment. Maintain professional product knowledge through continuous study of company products, services, and industry developments. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
