This is a sales and client-conversion role . You will be one of the first people prospective clients speak with after a serious accident. Your job is to quickly build trust, gather the right information, identify strong potential cases, and help qualified prospects move forward with Trauma Law. We are looking for someone who is competitive, persuasive, compassionate, organized, and relentless about follow-up. What You Will Do Respond quickly to incoming calls, texts, and online leads Conduct detailed personal injury intake interviews Build trust and rapport with prospective clients Gather accurate accident, injury, treatment, and insurance information Identify strong cases and escalate them for attorney review Explain the value of hiring Trauma Law Handle objections and confidently ask qualified prospects to sign Send retainers and follow up until signed or closed Keep every lead, note, status, and next step accurate Meet weekly and monthly conversion goals You Must Have Fluent English and Spanish At least 2 years of sales, intake, call center, or high-volume customer service experience Strong phone presence Confidence asking for the sale Excellent follow-up habits Strong attention to detail Ability to build rapport quickly Ability to handle objections without being pushy Ability to type at least 40 WPM while speaking with prospective clients Comfort being coached and measured by results Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility Personal injury intake experience is strongly preferred. Compensation$25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses. If you are a strong salesperson who can listen, connect, follow up, and close, we want to hear from you.
Pay:
