Sales Operations and Regulatory Logistics Coordinator Lotus Pet Foods - 4.0 Torrance, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $25 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Filing Attention to detail Data entry Document review Purchasing Full Job Description We are a pet food company seeking an organized, detail-oriented coordinator to manage customer orders, freight, shipping documentation, invoicing, and state product registrations. This role works with production partners, carriers, customers, and regulatory agencies to keep orders and shipments moving accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities Enter dry, canned, and raw food orders; create sales orders and purchase orders; update production worksheets and sales records; and send order confirmations. Compile monthly production orders and supporting purchase orders. Request and review freight quotes, coordinate pickups, prepare bills of lading and pallet tags, and track freight charges. Prepare and check commercial invoices, packing slips, certificates of origin, lot code and best-by information, and other documents for international shipments. Coordinate documentation for shipments involving Canada, South Korea, and Japan, including applicable USFWS and APHIS processes. Maintain state licenses and product registrations, track renewal requirements, and submit tonnage reports where required. Post purchase orders and sales orders, process invoices, and coordinate credits for damages or shipping errors. Document pallet temperatures and loading details for applicable shipments. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in sales operations, order processing, logistics, regulatory administration, or a related role. Strong attention to detail, particularly when checking shipping documents and meeting filing deadlines. Proficiency with Excel and the ability to work across multiple recordkeeping
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
