This is not a traditional cashier or front-desk position. You'll work directly with customers to understand their technology needs, recommend the right solutions, and deliver an excellent customer experience while driving sales. • 10,000 in commission during strong-performing months.

What You'll Do Understand customer technology and repair needs Recommend protection plans, accessories, services, and repair solutions Turn customer interactions into sales opportunities Follow up with leads and prospective customers Provide proactive customer and repair updates Answer incoming calls professionally Create accurate work orders and customer documentation Work toward individual and store sales goals Deliver an excellent customer experience Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Competitive
