Monday through Friday Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across all areas of the residence. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Manage outdoor work responsibilities like patio cleaning or yard tidying when required. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Assist with housekeeping management tasks including scheduling, inventory of cleaning supplies, and maintaining cleanliness logs. Practice manual handling techniques for heavy lifting or moving furniture safely to prevent injury. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly, paying attention to detail in high-touch areas for optimal sanitation. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and other tools. Ability to handle cleaning detergents safely while following proper procedures for sanitation. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
