This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven experience managing major and specialty retail accounts in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities. This individual will deliver exceptional client results, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee orders to ensure accuracy from development through delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage major and specialty accounts in the fashion industry Develop new business while growing and maintaining assigned accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers Submit and manage purchase orders using price lists and product information Provide regular reports on sales activities and results (daily call reports, weekly plans, territory analysis) Attend apparel trade shows and travel to meet buyers when needed Collaborate closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of apparel wholesale sales experience Established network and strong relationships with retail buyers High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life AD&D Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) matching
