Restaurant Equipment Facility Location:
2449 Cades Way suite E, Vista, CA 92081
Territory:
Temecula Wine country, as well as Murrieta, Vista, Escondido, San Marcos. This is a rapidly growing and robust area in southern CA! This is a hunter role focused on generating new business through cold outreach About the Opportunity Help Auto-Chlor grow across southern California. One cold call, one handshake, and one signed agreement at a time. This is a true outside sales role for someone who thrives on activity, competition, and ownership. You'll spend your days in the field, face-to-face with decision-makers, building a territory that reflects your effort and discipline. If you like momentum, autonomy, and earning what you're worth, this role delivers. Many of our top performers came from kitchens, bars, hotels, catering, or restaurant management. If you understand hospitality operations and how busy operators think, you already have a strong advantage. We'll teach you the product, the process, and how to win consistently. What You'll Do:
This is a high-activity, field-based sales position covering a large and growing territory across southern California. You'll be in the market Monday-Friday, walking into businesses, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and showing prospects how we can solve problems they deal with every single day.
You will:
Make 20-30 in-person cold calls per day Prospect, qualify, and close new business in an open territory Lease our dish washing machines, our cleaning systems, and service programs. Manage the entire sales cycle—from first conversation to signed agreement Build a strong prospect pipeline Partner with service and installation teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully Take full ownership of your territory, activity levels, and results Represent a family-owned business known for quality service, and long-term customer relationships This is not desk sales. This is out working, out talking, and out executing. What You Bring High energy, competitive, and self-driven Comfortable walking into businesses without appointments Strong people skills and confidence speaking with owners and managers Disciplined with time, activity, and follow-up Great with people, connecting with them, and earning their trust Comfortable covering a large geographic territory Valid driver's license What You'll Gain $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission 3-4 month ramp period with guaranteed earnings (targeting $75k annual salary pace) Successful performers earn $80,000-$120,000 annually (base + commission) Company vehicle provided (fuel, maintenance, and insurance covered) Full benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision.
