Immediate Opening. Would you like To be part of a dynamic Fast Growing Creative Team? We are looking for an Experienced Account Manager that help to expand our customer portfolio and support our current clients. Our customer base is creative people & we serve the designers and makers globally.

Responsibilities:

You would be our key Account and Sales managers and manage all aspects of our operations not limited to the following tasks :

• Calling Potential Customers
• Contacting Existing customers and expanding on offerings
• Pricing sheet management
• Entering product data into online sales platforms
• Analyzing sales results
• Assisting Owners with sales meetings and customer interactions
• QB on-line
• We can train if needed We desire that you have experience with the following:
• Easily managing Excel sheets with pricing and product information
• CRM customer data entry
• Outlook e-mail assistance
• We desire you to be very organized and analytical
• The ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Very driven to succeed and fulfill the needs of our costumers We desire Proven Account management experiencer Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers. Arrange meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products. This can be organized through Zoom or other Video Platforms. Promptly submit purchase orders to the relevant department for processing. Following up with customers to confirm their purchase meets their expectations. Proven customer service

Part time . Hours 9 am to 3pm Monday through Friday.
