We are growing and looking to add a talented individual to our Business Development Center. The BDC (Business Development Center) agent focuses on increasing the sales traffic of the dealer by handling inbound sales calls and making outbound calls which produce solid and specific appointments for the sales department. The BDC agent acts as the essential communications link between the customer and the dealership. Open Availability is necessary. Must be friendly, patient, enthusiastic and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.Job responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and establishes follow-ups with sales appointments. Respond quickly to the internet, phone, and text inquiries using email, scripts, and templates. Work in a high-volume, team environment, with several other representatives. Utilize CRM tracking system daily & follow up with previous and existing customersQualifications:
Must be High-energy, positive and out-going with strong verbal communication skills. At least one previous role based in customer service experience is a plus. Excellent collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve. Have integrity, a positive attitude, and have a strong work ethic Strong computer and telephone skills Must be punctual and reliable with a professional appearance.PREFERRED
at least one year in BDC experience in an automotive dealership. If you have experience in customer service, telemarketing, call center, hospitality, or sales then we want you to apply!- Must be able to sit for extended period of time (typically up to 4 hours, but may be longer)
- Must be able to utilize telephone and computer during entire working shift
- Must be able to talk on the phone for extended periods of time
