Previous home improvement, roofing, siding, window, or construction sales experience is a plus. Experience with storm damage, insurance-related projects, and property inspections is strongly preferred. We are also willing to train the right person who is driven, professional, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to discuss their home improvement needs Inspect residential properties and identify potential exterior damage Assist homeowners with understanding storm-related roofing, siding, and exterior damage Present roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and other exterior renovation options Prepare and explain estimates and proposals Follow up with prospective customers and leads Build strong relationships with homeowners Maintain accurate customer and sales information Coordinate with office and production teams throughout the sales process Provide professional customer service from initial consultation through project completion Requirements Valid driver's license required Strong communication and people skills Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable meeting with homeowners and inspecting properties Comfortable working on or around ladders and roofs when needed Motivated to follow up with leads and close sales Willing to learn our products, services, and sales process Home improvement, roofing, siding, construction, or sales experience is a plus Storm damage and property inspection experience preferred Experience working with insurance-related exterior restoration projects is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Commission opportunities 401(k) Health insurance Full-time opportunity Training and support Room for growth and advancement within the company Opportunity to build a long-term career in home improvement sales and management Established company with a strong reputation and steady customer demand What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is motivated, trustworthy, and comfortable working directly with homeowners.
