We are looking for motivated, professional, and goal-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and build a successful career in exterior home improvement sales. Responsibilities Generate new sales opportunities by networking, canvassing neighborhoods, and building relationships with homeowners. Schedule and assist with roof inspections. Educate homeowners about our roofing, siding, and gutter services. Present estimates and guide customers through the sales process. Follow up with customers and maintain excellent communication throughout each project. Represent Nativa Home Improvement LLC with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service. What We Provide Paid training during the onboarding period. All necessary sales and product training. Business cards and marketing materials. Ongoing support from management. Company vehicle available after successful completion of the training period and meeting company expectations. Growth opportunities within the company. Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Qualifications Valid driver's license required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn. Comfortable speaking with homeowners and working outdoors. Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required . Sales or roofing experience is a plus, but not required . We are willing to train the right candidate. Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor. Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Training compensation available during the onboarding period.
