Join our locally owned Signarama team and help businesses turn their goals into effective signage and visual communication solutions. You will develop new opportunities, build lasting relationships, understand each client's goals, prepare accurate proposals, close sales, and coordinate projects from the first conversation through completion and follow-up. The right person is motivated, outgoing, organized, and comfortable creating new business. You listen first, communicate professionally, follow through consistently, and enjoy recommending practical solutions that help customers stand out and grow. Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect through calls, field visits, networking, referrals, research, and approved marketing campaigns.
  • Visit businesses and organizations throughout the assigned territory to introduce Signarama's capabilities and identify opportunities.
  • Learn each customer's goals, brand, audience, timeline, budget, and success measures before recommending solutions.
  • Present signage and visual communication solutions professionally, prepare accurate proposals, ask for the order, and close qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain organized follow-up and accurate CRM or POS records for leads, estimates, customers, and opportunities.
  • Document scope, materials, artwork, pricing, terms, installation assumptions, and deadlines. Secure required approvals and deposits and coordinate final payment.
  • Conduct or coordinate site surveys within your training and authority.
  • Provide a complete handoff to design and production and remain involved when clarification, changes, or service recovery are needed.
  • Confirm satisfaction, request referrals or reviews appropriately, and develop repeat business.
  • Work toward assigned activity, revenue, gross-margin, conversion, retention, and account-growth goals.
  • Participate in product, sales, system, and process training; represent the brand professionally; and assist with reasonable store-support duties. Qualifications
  • Success in consultative B2B sales, outside sales, account development, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong listening, presentation, writing, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles and confidence asking for orders and discussing payment requirements.
  • Strong organization, judgment, accountability, and ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
  • Computer proficiency and willingness to master CRM, POS, estimating, Microsoft 365, mapping, calendar, and shared-file tools.
  • Willingness to learn signage products, production methods, artwork requirements, permitting, installation, pricing, and lead times.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving status, and reliable ability to reach customer locations.
  • Professional conduct appropriate for customer and community interaction. What We Offer
  • Total annual compensation of $40,000-$80,000, consisting of base salary plus commission under the Company's written compensation plan. Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance.
