We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance. Pay is $27.50 per hour + commission for the first 6 weeks of employment. Your hourly rate is elevated during your initial training and onboarding period (first 6 weeks of employment) as you ramp up your selling potential. After the 6-week period, your hourly rate will be reduced to $20 per hour + commission which is a total earning potential of $70,000
