Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Design functional therapy programs that empower effective returns to daily activities and community living. Lead, delegate, and supervise therapy services while ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. Deliver education to patients, families, students, and team members. Uphold core values, patient safety practices, and high standards of professionalism. Maintain clear and timely medical record documentation according to regulatory and clinic standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to student instruction and development. Pursue ongoing professional growth through continuing education and active involvement in the therapy community.
Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure (or eligibility) for Physical Therapy. Clinical experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings preferred. Strong commitment to patient and staff safety. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Commitment to continued professional growth.
