Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, organized and professionally persistent Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to help grow two professional healthcare-related businesses led by Dr. Robert H. Rubino, DC, CICA. Rubino Back & Neck Care Center PC — an established chiropractic practice serving the Greater New Haven community for approximately 40 years. Injury Claim Auditors LLC — a professional service working with personal-injury attorneys, paralegals, case managers and law firms. This is not primarily a social-media position, and it is not a receptionist position. We are looking for someone who enjoys reaching out to people, developing professional relationships, following up consistently, organizing marketing campaigns and turning marketing activity into scheduled appointments and business opportunities. What You Will Do
- Research personal-injury law firms, attorneys, paralegals, case managers and office managers.
- Build, verify and maintain an accurate professional contact database.
- Make courteous outbound telephone calls to law firms and professional offices.
- Introduce educational programs, CLE/Lunch & Learn opportunities and professional presentations.
- Prepare and send personalized invitations, letters, emails and presentation materials.
- Follow up with attorneys and legal professionals who have shown interest or engagement.
- Schedule Zoom meetings, in-office presentations and educational seminars for Dr. Rubino.
- Prepare presentation packets and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Track every prospect, conversation, follow-up date and next action.
- Help move interested law firms from initial contact to a scheduled conversation with Dr. Rubino.
- Coordinate chiropractic patient education and marketing campaigns, including email outreach, surveys, reviews and selected patient reactivation.
- Help identify and schedule satisfied patients who may wish to share voluntary patient success stories.
- Track new-patient inquiries and marketing sources so results can be measured.

You will not be expected to perform Injury Claim Audits, give legal or medical advice, or personally close complex professional-service sales. Dr. Rubino handles the professional presentation, clinical/legal-service explanation and closing conversation. The Person We Want

Helpful experience:
business development, inside sales, appointment setting, healthcare marketing, legal marketing, professional-services marketing, medical/dental treatment coordination, insurance, law-office work or personal-injury experience. Relevant experience is helpful but not required. What Success Looks Like This position is not measured by how busy you appear. Success means producing measurable business-development activity and qualified opportunities, including:
- Qualified professional contacts identified and verified.
- Meaningful conversations with prospective referral and professional contacts.
- CLE/Lunch & Learn and educational-program invitations delivered.
- Follow-ups completed consistently and on time.
- Qualified attorney/staff meetings and presentations scheduled.
- Chiropractic marketing campaigns executed consistently.
- New-patient inquiries generated and followed up.
- Prospects moved forward through an organized pipeline.
- Opportunities placed on Dr.
Rubino's calendar. Schedule Approximately 15-20 hours per week, primarily during normal business hours when professional offices can be reached. The initial schedule is expected to be approximately three focused workdays per week, with some flexibility for meetings, presentations and special projects. Compensation & Introductory Period $24-$28 per hour depending on experience, plus performance incentives for qualified business-development results. The position will begin with a 90-day introductory performance period with structured training, clearly defined responsibilities and measurable goals. About Dr. Rubino Dr. Robert H. Rubino, DC, CICA has approximately 40 years of clinical experience and is a Certified Injury Claim Auditor. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with the owner and play a meaningful role in growing both an established healthcare practice and a developing professional service serving the personal-injury legal community.
