Our five distinctive services—1 Day Tune-Up, Cabinet Painting, Cabinet Redooring, Cabinet Refacing, and Custom Cabinets—cater to diverse customer needs, making kitchen updates accessible and personalized. Designed with entrepreneurs in mind, the franchise offers a model that combines low overhead, small team management, and shared expertise among franchisees. At Kitchen Tune-Up, we are committed to fostering entrepreneurship and delivering remarkable kitchen transformations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Lead based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, cultivating business relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research, generating leads, and negotiating client contracts. Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams will be essential to developing customized solutions that align with client needs while ensuring long-term success for the business. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead generation and client relationship management Strategic planning and market research abilities to identify growth opportunities Proficiency in business development, account management, and revenue growth strategies Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and collaborate with internal teams Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Understanding of the remodeling or franchise industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work in Montgomery County, MD Keywords business-development training-and-development time-and-attendance sales-growth marketing-research market-research lead-generation lead-generation-campaign sales-leads lead-generation-services planning-and-forecasting electrical-engineering-and-planning planning-and-design strategic-planning environment-health-and-safety-hsse ecology-environment
