Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Lead based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, cultivating business relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research, generating leads, and negotiating client contracts. Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams will be essential to developing customized solutions that align with client needs while ensuring long-term success for the business.
