We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales / Business Development Representative to develop relationships with restoration contractors throughout the market. You'll represent a well-established company providing specialized textile, contents and electronics restoration services following property losses. This is a true relationship-driven business development role. You won't simply manage an existing route or wait for leads to come to you. You'll be in the market opening doors, developing contractor relationships and turning those connections into long-term, revenue-producing accounts. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales and is motivated by commission and the opportunity to increase their income through their own performance. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new relationships with restoration contractors throughout your territory Build a strong book of business through consistent outreach, networking and face-to-face relationship development Connect with owners, project managers, operations leaders and other key decision-makers Educate restoration partners on textile, contents and electronics restoration services Turn new relationships into active accounts and referral partnerships Grow existing accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship management Attend industry events, association meetings and networking opportunities Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunities within the CRM Work closely with operations to provide an excellent experience for your customers Manage your territory with a strong focus on activity, relationships and revenue growth Who We're Looking For Restoration experience is not required . We're looking for a strong salesperson who knows how to prospect, build relationships and follow a proven sales process. The right person is someone who: Is highly motivated by commission and earning potential Enjoys hunting for and developing new business Is confident prospecting and opening new doors Builds trust quickly and develops genuine long-term relationships Is persistent and doesn't get discouraged by rejection Is competitive, goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results Thrives with independence and being out in the field Is consistent with follow-up and nurturing accounts Is comfortable using a CRM and following an established sales process Has prior B2B sales or business development experience Compensation & Benefits $45,000 base salary Uncapped commission with strong earning potential Company vehicle provided Structured onboarding and sales training Opportunity to build and grow your own territory This position is ideal for someone who doesn't want their earning potential limited by their base salary.
