Confidential Home Improvement Company | Clearwater, FL Full-Time | On-Site An established residential exterior remodeling company is looking for an organized, energetic Office Operations & Inside Sales Coordinator to support its Clearwater team. This is a unique position that combines office operations, customer communication, appointment coordination, and inside sales. You'll help keep the office and sales team organized while actively managing follow-up with prospects and previous customers to recover opportunities and generate additional business. The right person is highly organized, confident on the phone, persistent with follow-up, and motivated by results. You'll need to be equally comfortable handling administrative details, managing a high-volume prospect pipeline, and having sales-focused conversations with homeowners. What You'll Do Office Operations & Appointment Coordination Support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Clearwater office Confirm and assign new sales appointments daily Ensure appointment details and customer information are accurate and properly documented Communicate scheduling changes and updates to customers and sales representatives Help maintain organized customer, sales, and project records Assist leadership and team members with scheduling, documentation, and general office coordination Provide a professional, helpful customer experience throughout each interaction Rehash, Follow-Up & Inside Sales Manage consistent follow-up with a high volume of active prospects, including approximately 60-120 post-appointment follow-up calls and an ongoing pipeline of several hundred prospects Re-engage homeowners who previously met with the sales team but did not move forward Reach out to previous customers to identify new project needs and schedule inspections Conduct consistent outbound phone, text, and email follow-up Use open-ended questions to uncover customer needs, understand objections, and identify opportunities Confidently ask for the appointment or sale over the phone and move prospects toward a clear next step Discuss available financing options and help homeowners understand potential ways to move their project forward Re-engage canceled, missed, or inactive opportunities when appropriate Maintain organized follow-up activity, accurate notes, and next steps within the CRM Track results and work toward individual and team performance goals Partner closely with the sales team to turn re-engaged prospects into new opportunities and revenue What We're Looking For Previous experience in office administration, customer service, inside sales, appointment setting, or a similar role Understanding of the sales process and ability to confidently move a customer conversation toward a next step Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport, ask effective open-ended questions, overcome objections, and ask for the business Comfortable discussing financing options with customers and learning company-specific programs Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and managing ongoing follow-up with a large prospect pipeline Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong computer and technology literacy, including CRM systems, spreadsheets, and Outlook ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred Persistent, resourceful, and comfortable working toward measurable goals Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to contribute to a collaborative company culture Home improvement, construction, roofing, or similar industry experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive base compensation Performance-based incentive opportunity Full-time, on-site position Benefits package 401(k) with company match Training and ongoing support Opportunity to grow with an established exterior remodeling company The Right Fit You'll thrive in this role if you're the person who naturally keeps things organized but also enjoys getting results.
