Our wholesale business is deeply rooted in the spa and hospitality industry, and we work with spa directors, treatment directors and spa teams across the country. We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly organized Spa & Resort Wholesale Sales Coordinator to support our longtime wholesale account manager and help grow and maintain our spa and resort business. This is a part-time, hands-on sales support role focused specifically on spa outreach, account follow-up, and relationship building. The right person will be comfortable picking up the phone, researching spa contacts, sending samples and product information, following up with prospects, and keeping outreach organized and moving forward. About the Work Environment This is a 100% in-person role based in our Clearwater office. Our leadership team travels frequently and is often in and out throughout the day, so the ability to work independently is important. Our office is generally quiet and focused, and this position will work closely with our longtime wholesale account manager while helping keep spa outreach, account relationships, and follow-up moving. This is not a retail store, salon, or front-desk position. We are a small team supporting spa and resort accounts nationwide. Responsibilities Spa & Resort Wholesale Outreach Call day spas, resort spas, hotel spas, and other wellness destinations to identify spa directors, buyers, and appropriate decision-makers Research and maintain accurate contact information for prospective spa accounts Conduct introductory outreach to prospective spa and resort partners by phone and email Coordinate product sample requests and mailings Follow up with spas after samples and product information have been received Re-engage dormant spa accounts and reconnect with past customers Assist with seasonal outreach, new product introductions, and wholesale sales campaigns Consistently follow up on warm leads and prospective accounts Spa Account Support Support our wholesale account manager with existing spa and resort relationships Assist with reorder outreach and regular account check-ins Respond to basic product and account questions from spa partners Keep spa account information, contacts, notes, and follow-up dates organized and up to date in Excel Assist with spa trade show and industry event follow-up as needed Coordinate basic account needs with our warehouse and internal team Who Will Do Well Here 3+ years of experience in spa, resort, hospitality, wellness, skincare, beauty, or related customer-facing sales Prior experience in spa front desk, spa coordination, spa management, spa retail, esthetics, resort spa, or hospitality is strongly preferred Comfortable speaking with spa directors, managers, buyers, estheticians, and treatment professionals by phone and email Confident making outbound calls and following up consistently Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Highly organized and comfortable maintaining account information and sales follow-up in Excel Dependable, punctual, and consistent Comfortable working independently without frequent oversight Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Gmail and Microsoft Office, including Excel What This Role Is — and Is Not This role
