What You'll Do As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while providing an exceptional experience from beginning to end.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and identifying their wants, needs, and budget Building strong relationships with customers through professional and consistent communication Demonstrating new and pre owned vehicles and explaining features, technology, and benefits Conducting professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives Assisting customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs Following up with internet leads, phone inquiries, previous customers, and prospective buyers Maintaining accurate customer information and follow up activity in the dealership CRM Working closely with sales management and finance to provide a smooth purchasing experience Staying knowledgeable about Nissan products, available inventory, incentives, and current programs Completing required Nissan product and sales training Following up after the sale to maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat and referral business Maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who are: Motivated and goal oriented Professional and dependable Positive and energetic Comfortable communicating with customers in person, by phone, text, and email Able to listen to customers and understand their individual needs Willing to learn and continually improve Comfortable working in a fast paced dealership environment Focused on providing an excellent customer experience Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but it is not required .
