We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and making things with care. You'll help take projects from the first conversation through measuring, design, and installation. This role involves time both at our Dania Beach shop and aboard customers' boats in South Florida. What you'll do Speak with customers about their boats, design choices, and project needs. Visit boats to take accurate measurements and document details for quotes and production. Help create decking layouts and customer proofs using CAD and design software. Prepare materials and assist with fitting and installing finished decking. Check measurements and finished work closely so each project fits and looks right. Keep customers informed as their projects move forward. What we're looking for Strong communication skills and a professional manner with customers. Careful measurement, attention to detail, and pride in hands-on work. Comfort learning design software and working in a shop. Ability to travel to local boats and work aboard them during measuring and installation. Experience in marine work, flooring, fabrication, CAD, or sales is helpful, but a willingness to learn matters most. Pay and schedule This is a part-time position averaging approximately 32 hours per week. Starting pay is $19 per hour plus commission; commission details will be discussed during the hiring process.
