We've built a reputation for quality installs, a proven sales system, and a team that takes care of homeowners from the first call to the final walkthrough. We're growing quickly, and we need a coach who can make our sales team sharper and more consistent. The Role Our reps sell one-day bath remodels in the home using a structured 10-11 step selling process built for one-call close. Every step matters, and we expect it to be run the same way, every time. As our Sales Coach, you'll make sure that happens. You'll be in homes on ride-alongs, see where each rep breaks from the process, and coach them back to it. You'll run trainings that drill every step until it's second nature, and use the numbers to find out who needs what. This role is not for someone learning the system. You must already know it. Requirements (Must-Have) Hands-on experience running and selling with a 10-11 step in-home selling process, from the warm-up and needs assessment through the inspection and measure, presentation, price, and close A proven one-call closer with a track record of closing on the first visit, not through follow-ups Able to walk through every step of the process from memory in the interview, and explain why each step exists and what happens when a rep skips it 3+ years of in-home sales experience Candidates without direct experience in a multi-step, one-call-close in-home sales system will not be considered. Preferred In-home sales experience in one-day bath remodeling (tub-to-shower conversions, bath and shower replacements, wall surrounds) Experience training, managing, or mentoring in-home reps, with results to show for it What You'll Do Become the standard-bearer for running our in-home selling process the right way Ride along on in-home appointments and grade each rep step by step, so you can pinpoint where a sale was won or lost Coach reps on the moments that make or break a one-call close: building value before price, the price presentation and drop, financing, handling objections, and asking for the sale Run weekly sales meetings and role-plays that drill the process, with a focus on the steps reps skip or rush Onboard and certify new reps on every step of the process before they run appointments on their own Track demo rate, close rate, average ticket, and net sales per lead issued, and connect each rep's numbers to the steps they need to fix Work with leadership to refine the process, scripts, and presentation materials based on what you see in the field You'll Also Need A coach who holds the line on process: you believe in the system and can get reps to follow it without killing their personality Comfort giving direct, honest feedback in a way that motivates people Comfort with numbers: you can read a sales report and know what it's telling you Organization, self-motivation, and comfort splitting time between the field and the office
