If you like being the person who knows the answer, this is a good counter to stand behind. Proline Distributors is a wholesale pool and spa distributor with three branches in South Florida. Our customers are pool pros — service techs, builders, and retail store owners — and they are usually in a hurry. They want someone who knows the products, gets them what the job actually needs, and gets them back on the road. That is this job. What you'll do Take care of customers at the counter and on the phone, from the first question through to the finished invoice. Call your assigned accounts each morning to find out what they need delivered that day Enter orders, pull them, invoice them and see them out the door Ask what the job is, not just what is on the list, so customers leave with everything they need the first time Offer alternatives when we are short, and follow up on open quotes Learn the products — what they do, what goes with them, and how they compare to what else is out there Keep the branch stocked, clean, and ready for the next customer This is not a phone-script job and it is not a stockroom job. You are on the counter, on the phone and on the floor, and the branch runs better or worse depending on how well you do it. Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM Set hours, in person at the branch. No nights. What we're looking for Fluent in English and Spanish — required Someone who is genuinely good with people and does not mind a busy counter Accurate with details — part numbers, quantities, prices and dates all have to be right Comfortable on a computer and able to learn our system Able to lift and move product; this is an active job, not a desk Reliable and on time, because the morning delivery schedule does not wait Helpful, not required: Experience in pool and spa, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, or another trade distributor Counter sales, parts counter or inside sales background Spanish If you have worked a parts counter in another industry and know how to take care of a tradesperson in a hurry, we will teach you the pool side.
