Business Development Representative Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representativet to join our client to support patient engagement and membership growth through a consultative sales approach. This direct hire opportunity is located in Boca Raton, FL and operates onsite in a structured call center environment. In this role, you will connect with prospective members through targeted outbound campaigns and guide them through program benefits in a personalized, service-oriented way. The position blends relationship-building, communication, and sales strategy to help prospective members understand available healthcare program options and make informed decisions.
Compensation:
$22.00
  • $23.
00/hour + monthly commission
Work Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday, one of the following shifts: 9:00 AM
  • 5:45 PM 10:15 AM
  • 7:00 PM Key Responsibilities of the
Business Development Representative:
Engage prospective members through scheduled outbound calling initiatives, explaining program features and helping individuals determine how the offering may support their healthcare needs. Manage inbound and outbound communications while maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions and outcomes within the CRM system. Apply a consultative sales approach to build rapport, answer questions, and guide individuals through the decision-making process. Conduct research and troubleshoot member inquiries, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and escalated when additional support is required. Maintain consistent follow-up and communication practices that support sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience. Qualifications and Skills for the
Business Development Representative:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education such as an associate degree is beneficial. Approximately two years of experience in a call center, customer service, administrative support, or similar client-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the confidence to guide conversations and explain program details clearly. Comfort working with CRM systems and standard business tools such as Microsoft Office applications. Experience in consultative, relationship-focused sales—particularly within healthcare, membership services, or other service-driven industries—is a plus. Why Join Us?
