Job Description

Our commercial construction projects include cold storage, ground up facilities and specialty ripe rooms for the produce industry constructed all over the nation. Job Description The Parts Sales and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing quoting parts, equipment sale coordination, inventory management and fulfillment, and assisting with basic field and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that combines organization, customer interaction, and light technical support. Manage day-to-day parts sales, quoting, orders, and customer follow-up Research and identify replacement parts, equipment, and controls Maintain accurate inventory records and appropriate stock levels Order parts and materials and coordinate with vendors and manufacturers Track open orders, backorders, shipments, and outstanding customer needs Receive, organize, pack, and ship parts and project materials Coordinate parts and equipment needs with project managers and field personnel Prepare equipment and controls quotations Maintain accurate records in Procore and other company systems Assist customers and field personnel with parts-related and basic troubleshooting questions Maintain an organized parts and warehouse area Assisting with phone and remote troubleshooting Helping identify components needed to resolve equipment issues Assisting field personnel with equipment and controls startups Participating in occasional on-site startup and troubleshooting visits Coordinating technical issues with manufacturers, vendors, technicians, and project managers Developing a strong working knowledge of our commercial refrigeration equipment and controls Travel Periodic travel will be required to assist with control integrations, on site troubleshooting and project start-ups. When travel is required per diem is provided and travel expenses are covered. Preferred Qualifications Experience in parts sales, inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, inside sales, or customer service Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent follow-through and ability to manage multiple open items at once Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working with vendors, customers, and field personnel Good computer skills, including Outlook and Excel Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical equipment HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, controls, construction, or equipment experience is a plus Benefits Benefits and eligibility may vary based on employment status. 401(k) after one year of service with a guaranteed minimum 3% annual company contribution Health insurance Paid time off Bonus opportunities Overtime opportunities Per diem for qualifying out-of-town travel
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
