Ticket Sales Representative Duties:
- Sell tickets for cruises to our customers
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- communicating with guests via phone, face to face & via email
- making guest reservations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
