KIN HOME
This is a performance based, in person sales role for someone who wants more than a normal hourly job. You will be working outdoors, speaking directly with homeowners, and setting appointments for our consultants. The job is simple to understand, but it takes energy, consistency, and the ability to keep going even when it is not easy. If you are competitive, coachable, and want a real opportunity to grow based on your effort, this could be a strong fit.RESPONSIBILITIES
Your job is to create opportunities through direct conversations with homeowners. You are not responsible for closing deals at this stage. You will be trained to start conversations, build interest, and set quality appointments while developing the skills needed to move up. This role is best suited for someone who is hungry, competitive, and willing to be coached. You do not need previous sales experience, but you do need strong energy, consistency, and the ability to keep improving. Competitive and self-motivated Strong energy and able to hold a conversation Coachable and willing to learn Wants to earn based on performance Can stay consistent without being micromanaged Interested in growing quickly and taking on more responsibilityREQUIREMENTS
Reliable daily access to a vehicle Full-time availability preferred Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet Strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to be coachedCOMPENSATION
This is an uncapped commission role with income based on performance. We also offer a structured new hire bonus during your first few weeks to help you get started while you learn. Average commission per closed deal is approximately $2,500, with setters earning based on the appointments they generate. Some people hesitate because they have never worked commission before. The ones who commit, stay consistent, and follow the training usually realize there is a much bigger opportunity here than a typical hourly 9-5 job.GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
