Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinates aftersales and training activities throughout the Latin America and Caribbean region, including dealer communications, training administration, Learning Management System (LMS) support, reporting, departmental administration, invoice processing, payment coordination, and regional program support. Serves as the primary coordinator for operational and administrative activities supporting the Aftersales & Training department. Provides administrative, reporting, and coordination support for Technical Information Reports (TIR), Authorization Requests (AR), warranty-related activities, and product quality investigations when required, including coverage during the absence of the Regional Field Service Engineer. This position does not perform technical investigations, root-cause analysis, warranty assessments, or Authorization Request approvals. % of time spent on each activity
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 25

Training Administration & LMS Coordination:
Maintains LMS records, monitors participation and certifications, prepares training reports, coordinates training communications and supports training administration processes. 25% 2.
Aftersales Administration & Financial Coordination:
Coordinates invoice processing, payment requests, vendor documentation, expenditure tracking, purchase requisitions, administrative controls and related aftersales and training administrative activities. 20% 3.
Training Programs & Event Coordination:
Coordinates regional training programs, workshops, webinars, meetings and dealer events, including logistics, communications, attendance tracking and event support. 15% 4.
Aftersales Reporting & Dealer Communications:
Collects and analyzes dealer information, prepares reports and dashboards, and coordinates aftersales, service, warranty and training communications. 10% 5. TIR, Warranty & Quality Support (Backup Function): Provides administrative support for TIR, AR, warranty and quality activities during the absence of the Regional Field Service Engineer. Does not perform technical investigations or approvals. 5% 6.
Management Reporting & Documentation:
Prepares presentations, summaries, reports and maintains departmental records. 7. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications Reports to:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
Associates of Arts degree or equivalent directly related work experience and preferably pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or engineering Minimum three (3) years of experience in business, sales administration, or related field
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of office management policies, technologies, and procedures Project management and budget administration knowledge Understanding service and parts operations, including quality and warranty systems, is a plus Working knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) administration Basic usage of Power Bi software is a plus
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office applications (database, graphics, presentation, spreadsheet and word processing) Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Fluent in Spanish and English Strong analytical skills Proficient at Internet search techniques
PHYSICAL STANDARDS
The employee must be able to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer. There are occasional instances requiring lifting of light to average objects (5 lbs. to 60 lbs.) and rare instances requiring lifting of heavy objects (over 60 lbs.). Requires international travel over 5% - 15% of the time, including overnight stays.
