The ideal candidate will have previous inside sales experience in the plumbing industry and a strong understanding of plumbing products, materials, and customer needs. This position is responsible for assisting customers, preparing quotes, processing orders, following up with customers, and providing excellent service while helping drive sales. Responsibilities Assist customers with plumbing product selection and provide accurate product information. Prepare and follow up on quotes, estimates, and customer orders. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, plumbers, and other customers. Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, deliveries, and product availability. Recommend alternative products or solutions when necessary. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals. Stay informed about products, pricing, inventory, and industry trends. Qualifications Previous inside sales experience in the plumbing industry is required. Knowledge of plumbing supplies, fittings, fixtures, valves, pipes, and related products. Strong customer service and communication skills. Fluent English communication skills are required. Ability to communicate professionally with contractors, plumbers, and customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Computer proficiency and experience with order entry or sales software. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Preferred Qualifications Experience working for a plumbing supply distributor or wholesale company. Existing knowledge of plumbing contractors and industry customers. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
