This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, providing a welcoming showroom experience while coordinating appointments, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry through the design consultation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and motivated to help convert customer interest into successful sales. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom by introducing nobilia products and services. Schedule design consultations and coordinate appointments with the sales and design teams. Receive, assign, and track leads generated through social media, website inquiries, phone calls, and other marketing channels. Conduct proactive follow-up with prospective customers to encourage showroom visits, design appointments, and continued engagement. Support the sales team by maintaining customer records and ensuring timely communication throughout the sales process. Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Assist with showroom presentation, meeting preparation, and hosting customer appointments. Perform general administrative and reception duties, including maintaining office organization and supporting day-to-day showroom operations. Qualifications Previous customer service, sales support, reception, or account coordination experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced showroom environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus. Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
