We are seeking driven individuals whose primary responsibility is to set appointments and engage with families over the phone. The Community Development Advisor is responsible for generating pre-need sales for locations in the assigned market area including cemetery property, cemetery merchandise, cemetery services and prearranged funeral/Cremation plans.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to generate appointments for pre-need planning services. Set 10-12 qualified appointments weekly , tracked in our CRM system. Follow a proven training plan to master appointment setting and phone engagement. Maintain accurate records of all activity and follow-up using CRM tools. Provide exceptional customer service and represent our brand with professionalism. Collaborate with advisors by setting appointments that lead to shared success and commissions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of professional telemarketing experience . High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and organizational skills.
