Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and expanding our market reach. Your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and customer engagement will be vital in helping us achieve our sales goals and elevate the brand's presence in the community.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required. Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system. Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday. Excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must have proficient computer skills. Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Supporting Studio Manager & Lead Instructor on achieving studio goals and objectives Driving sales and studio revenue categories. Contributing a minimum of 20% of studio revenue. Contributing 10%+ new membership EFT & Agreements monthly Assist Studio Manager in managing and processing refunds, cancellation and (un)freeze requests Upholding policies and expectations for clients and staff Remaining professional while resolving member & staff escalations Promote/ Plan/ Set-up studio promotions and events with SM & LI Assist with social media platforms, post / stories/ and engagement To fully support the SM and studio, this position requires a , and be open to a flexible schedule as needed. Required to work a minimum of one evening per week/1 weekend per month. Assists in Intro class success, including attendance/scheduled during Intro when SM is unable to attend. Confident in assisting studio managers with member requests. Such as member escalation, refund/cancellation/freeze request.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing sales. Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual's needs and wants. Maintain & Drive an acceptable level of personal sales production. Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider. Present available services to current or prospective members. Book quality appointments to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quota. Assist Studio Manager with escalations and resolutions within standard guidelines Assist Studio Manager with member requests such as freezes, refunds and cancellations Maintain appropriate supplies in the studio (request in Slack). Retail inventory count at the end of month. Coordinate new retail with Retail Coordinator and GM. Implement a schedule of retail rotation with front desk staff. Implement schedule for 100/250/500 Club for members including ToeSox and certificates. Assist with Intro classes to maximize sales potential. Support staff by maintaining chalkboard, event poster and printed flyers in the studio. Work with front desk staff to assure all tasks are being completed. Meet with Leadership (or their designee) weekly. Support studio manager with daily productivity and operations to ensure studio goals are being met. To provide this service to the studio and manager, this job requires a minimum of 4-shifts per week/ min 26 hours per week. Assist SM and studio in achieving monthly set goals, KPI standards, customer service/experience, lead generation and elevating, motivating and supporting the team.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of Lead Instructor. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. and be able to move/push equipment as needed. Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, work with fingers, grasp, feel, talk, hear and perform essential functions. Visual acuity required. Prolonged standing. Must be able to speak and hear well enough to communicate well with others both one-to-one and in front of groups. Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
